ZEDNI Center for Studying Abroad is a Tunisian institution specialized in mediation services in the field of higher education. The Center provides university guidance and counseling services to students who wish to pursue their studies at foreign universities at all levels (Bachelor, Master, Doctorate) in various disciplines (Law, Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, Engineering, Economics, Management, Nursing, Physics, Chemistry, Journalism, Sports, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, Translation, Languages ...). It also provides assistance services including adequate housing and facilitating the integration of students into the foreign country.
The university guidance and counseling phase is the most important stage in the project of the student who wants to continue his studies abroad. This guidance is done by our team and our agents abroad who are in direct contact with the universities we deal with.
Through the direct communication between the student who wishes to pursue his studies at foreign universities and the ZEDNI Center for Studying Abroad, the most appropriate university orientation is obtained, which takes into account several aspects, the most important of which are:
1 - Academic grade: Many universities impose conditions on the academic grade of students to be able to join their specialties in the Bachelor, Master and Doctorate degrees, and ZEDNI Center for Studying Abroad is working to clarify these conditions.
2- The ability to cover the registration fees at foreign institutions: ZEDNI Center for Studying Abroad clarifies the financial aspects related to the cost of studying abroad, which vary according to the universities, the specialization of the training and the study levels.
3- Academic degree equivalence: ZEDNI Center for Studying Abroad is keen on enabling the student to obtain all information related to the equivalence of the academic degree obtained from the foreign university at the Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education.
4- The student's ability to afford the cost of living abroad. ZEDNI Center for Studying Abroad provides all information related to the cost of housing, food, drink, transportation and other life necessities that differ from one country to another and sometimes from one city and another in the same country.
ZEDNI Center for Studying Abroad provides an airport reception service. The Center provides this service in all the cities where the educational institutions we represent are located so as to facilitate the student's access to his residence and educational institution in the foreign country.
In order to facilitate the reception process, the student is requested to contact the Center and provide us with information about his trip so that he can coordinate with our agents abroad.
Completion of Residence Procedures:
Once the student arrives at the intended destination and completes his / her final registration at the university and the discipline he / she wants, ZEDNI will assist him in completing formal registration procedures at the Immigration Department for the purpose of obtaining the annual residence card.
The annual residence card is granted to students studying abroad for one year and renewed annually until the student finishes his university studies. This card enables him to open bank accounts, travel to and from the country of study without the need to obtain a visa …
To obtain the annual residence card, students are required to observe the following points:
1 - Completion of the final registration at the chosen institution through paying full tuition fees and obtaining the identity of the student.
2 - Completion of the final registration at university or external housing through paying the monthly or annual rent costs and then signing the rent contract.
3 - Completion of the procedures of medical examination in a hospital determined by the Immigration Department through providing the student’s medical tests which prove that the student is free from any intractable or infectious diseases.
4- The student obtains the health insurance policy for at least one year.
Opening a bank account:
ZEDNI helps students to open a bank account abroad, since bank transfers are the most common form of financial exchanges between students and their parents, as they are inexpensive in terms of transfer fees and are not binding in terms of the minimum or maximum amount to be transferred.
In order for the student to open his bank account, he must comply with the following procedures:
1 - Completion of registration at the chosen institution through paying all tuition fees and obtaining the identity of the student.
2 - Completion of registration in the external or university housing through paying the monthly or annual rent costs and then signing the rent contract.
3- Completion of the registration procedures in the Immigration Department and obtaining the annual residency card.
4- The validity of the student's passport for a period of not less than one year.
The registration service at the foreign universities is the second stage in the sequence of services provided by ZEDNI Center for Studying Abroad. After the student receives the university guidance and counseling and obtains all the information concerning the educational institution abroad where he wants to study, and in order for the registration process to be successful, the student is required to observe the following procedures:
1 - To fill out the student data form and deliver it to ZEDNI Center for Studying
Abroad, with emphasis on the integrity of personal data so as to facilitate communication with him later.
2- To provide ZEDNI Center for Studying Abroad with all the required documents mentioned in the website so that the center gives a sworn translator the official documents to translate and sends the student file to the required university in order to obtain the initial or final admission according to the nature of the application and the institution.
3 - ZEDNI Center for Studying Abroad sends an email to the student to confirm the receipt of the student's file.
4 - Once ZEDNI Center for Studying Abroad receives a response from the foreign university, the student is informed by e-mail or telephone.
ZEDNI Center for Studying abroad provides a follow-up and supervision service. The Center helps parents to follow their children's studies abroad through:
1 - Sending all communication information about the educational institution that the student joined to the parents. This will enable them to contact them directly in case of any emergency.
2 - Sending monthly reports on the status of the student to parents, which we get directly from the educational institution regarding the student's behavioral and educational status during his study period.
ZEDNI Center helps to provide students with adequate housing. The Center provides all information related to university housing and also accommodation in the private dormitories which are closest to the university where the student obtains his / her university registration. Our team communicates with these universities and private residences with the aim of booking a student's dormitory before he joins the university institution abroad.
